PARTNERUP APP PRIVACY POLICY
Last Updated: February 2026
Introduction
Partners Personnel - Management Services, LLC and its affiliates (collectively the "Company" or "Partners Personnel") respect your privacy and are committed to protecting it through our compliance with this policy. This policy describes the types of information we may collect or that you may provide when you download, install, register with, access, or use the PartnerUp App (the "App") and our practices for collecting, using, maintaining, protecting, and disclosing that information.
This policy applies only to information we collect in this App and other electronic communications sent through or in connection with the App. This policy DOES NOT apply to information that:
- We collect offline or on any other Company apps or websites, including websites you may access through this App;
- You provide to or is collected by any third party, including through third-party platforms accessed via this App (see "Third-Party Information Collection").
Our websites and apps, and those third parties, have their own privacy policies, which we encourage you to read before providing information on or through them.
Please read this policy carefully to understand our policies and practices regarding your information and how we will treat it. If you do not agree with our policies and practices, do not download, register with, or use this App. By downloading, registering with, or using this App, you agree to this privacy policy. This policy may change from time to time (see "Changes to Our Privacy Policy"). Your continued use of this App after we make changes is deemed to be your acceptance of those changes, so please check the policy periodically for updates.
Children Under the Age of 18
The App is intended for use by individuals who are at least 18 years of age and eligible for employment. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 18. If we learn we have collected or received personal information from a person under 18, we will delete that information. If you believe we might have any information from or about a person under 18, please contact us at privacy@partnerspersonnel.com or write to: Partners Personnel, 3820 State Street, Suite B, Santa Barbara, CA 93105.
Information We Collect and How We Collect It
We collect information from and about users of our App in two ways: directly from you when you provide it to us, and automatically when you use the App.
Information You Provide to Us
When you download, register with, or use this App, we may ask you to provide the following personal information:
- Legal first and last name
- Last four digits of your Social Security Number
- Mobile phone number
- Email address
- Date of birth
- Location (via device geolocation or manually entered ZIP code)
This information may be collected when you register for an account, search for or apply to jobs, access your employment records, or report a problem with the App.
Automatic Information Collection
When you download, access, and use the App, we may automatically collect:
- Usage Details: We collect analytics data about how you interact with the App, including which features you use, jobs you view, search, or apply for, and when you access the onboarding system. This data is collected through Mixpanel, our analytics service provider.
- Device Information: We may collect information about your mobile device, including the device's unique identifier, operating system, and browser type.
- Location Information: With your permission, the App may collect your device's location to connect you with the nearest Partners Personnel branch office and to display job opportunities in your area. You may also manually enter a ZIP code instead of using geolocation.
How We Use Your Information
We use the information we collect for the following purposes:
- Account Registration and Authentication: We use your name, email, mobile number, date of birth, and last four digits of your SSN to match you to existing records in our applicant tracking and onboarding systems (Bullhorn and Bullhorn Talent Platform). We use Twilio Verify to send one-time passcodes (OTP) via SMS and email to verify ownership of your contact information.
- Identity Verification: For users with existing employment or pay history, we verify your identity using your name, date of birth, and last four digits of your SSN before displaying sensitive information such as pay stubs and assignment history.
- Employment Services: We use your information to display job opportunities, facilitate job applications, show your work assignment history, and provide access to your pay stubs and employment records.
- Location-Based Services: We use your location to match you with the nearest Partners Personnel branch office and to display jobs in your geographic area.
- Analytics and Improvement: We use analytics data to understand how users interact with the App and to improve our services.
Third-Party Services and Information Collection
The App integrates with and relies on the following third-party services:
- Bullhorn: Our applicant tracking system (ATS). We retrieve your work assignment history and employment records from Bullhorn via their API.
- Bullhorn Talent Platform (Able): Our onboarding platform. When you apply for a job, you are signed into the Bullhorn Talent Platform via single sign-on (SSO), which loads within the App in a browser window. This platform is hosted and operated by Bullhorn, not Partners Personnel. When using Bullhorn Talent Platform, you may be asked to provide additional information as part of the employment application process, including work history and tax forms. This information is collected by Bullhorn and is subject to Bullhorn's privacy policy.
- Greenshades: Our payroll service provider. We retrieve your pay stubs and payroll information from Greenshades via their API.
- Twilio: We use Twilio Verify to send one-time passcode (OTP) messages via SMS and email for account registration, login, and verification purposes.
- Mixpanel: We use Mixpanel to collect analytics about App usage, including which jobs are searched for, viewed, and applied to, and when the onboarding system is accessed.
Each of these third-party services has its own privacy policy. We encourage you to review the privacy policies of Bullhorn, Greenshades, Twilio, and Mixpanel to understand how they collect, use, and protect your information.
Disclosure of Your Information
Partners Personnel does not sell your personal information.
We do not share your information with third parties for marketing purposes or cross-context behavioral advertising. Your information is used strictly for authentication, identity verification, employment-related services, and App functionality.
We may share your information in the following circumstances:
- With our subsidiaries and affiliates for employment-related purposes;
- With the third-party service providers listed above, strictly for the purposes described in this policy;
- With worksite employers as necessary for employment purposes (for example, to verify assignment details);
- At your direction (for example, to verify employment for a loan application);
- With a buyer or successor in the event of a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets;
- To comply with legal obligations, court orders, or government requests, or to protect our rights, property, or safety.
Data Security
We implement appropriate technical and organizational security measures to protect your personal information against unauthorized access, alteration, disclosure, or destruction. Data transmitted between the App and our servers is encrypted in transit. However, no method of transmission over the internet or electronic storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
The safety and security of your information also depends on you. Please keep your login credentials confidential and do not share your one-time passcodes with anyone.
Your Choices and Account Deletion
You may stop the collection of information by uninstalling the App from your device.
Account Deletion: You may delete your account at any time through the "Delete My Account" option in your profile settings. When you delete your account, we will remove your data from the App's database.
Important: Deleting your account in the App does not delete records that may already exist in Bullhorn, Bullhorn Talent Platform (Able), or Greenshades based on previous employment applications or work history. These records are maintained separately for employment, tax, and legal compliance purposes and are subject to applicable data retention requirements.
You may also contact us to request access to, correction of, or deletion of personal information you have provided to us, subject to legal retention requirements. Please note that we may not be able to accommodate requests that would violate any law or legal requirement.
Data Retention
We retain your personal information for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide you services. We may also retain and use your information as necessary to comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements. Employment records and payroll data are retained in accordance with applicable federal and state laws.
Changes to Our Privacy Policy
We may update this privacy policy from time to time. If we make material changes to how we treat your personal information, we will post the updated privacy policy in the App and update the "Last Updated" date at the top of this page. We encourage you to review this policy periodically.
