Inside our Partners Personnel Bullhorn Basics Training Initiative
As workforce technology continues to evolve, so does our commitment to investing in the growth and development of our teams. Since adopting our enhanced ATS platform in 2025, Partners Personnel has remained focused on providing the tools, training, and operational support that help our colleagues continue delivering Staffing Made Personal experiences across our organization.
That commitment is what continues to drive our Bullhorn Basics Training Initiative, an ongoing nationwide training and development program designed to elevate operational excellence across our branch network while reinforcing one of our core values: Plus 1.
At Partners Personnel, Plus 1 represents our belief in continuous improvement through both professional and personal growth. It reflects a mindset of always looking for ways to become better for our clients, associates, colleagues, and communities.
A Companywide Roadshow in Action
To support this initiative, our Training & Development team launched a nationwide roadshow, traveling branch to branch to provide hands-on learning experiences directly to our colleagues.
The program combines in-person training, platform education, practical application, and operational evaluations designed to strengthen adoption, consistency, and confidence across our teams. We’re proud to announce that 73 colleagues nationwide across multiple roles have already completed the program.
As part of this first milestone, we also recognized our Top 10 performers who achieved scores of 95% or higher:

The Partners Behind the Initiative
What makes this initiative especially meaningful is the collaborative effort behind it. Led by Erin Foschetti, Executive Vice President & Managing Partner, alongside the Training & Development team shared, “Technology doesn’t transform businesses on its own, people do. When we invest time in understanding the tools in front of us, we move beyond simply keeping up with change and begin driving it. Training today is what gives us the ability to scale, adapt, and compete in an ever-evolving future.”
That impact was experienced firsthand by Andrea Falk, Training and Development Manager, who traveled branch to branch throughout the nationwide roadshow. Reflecting on the experience, Andrea noted, “One of the most rewarding parts of this initiative was seeing the energy, curiosity, and genuine desire to grow from every branch we visited.”

At Partners Personnel, growth is never viewed as a finish line. The Bullhorn Basics Training Initiative is just one example of how we continue putting our Plus 1 mindset into action by investing in our people, strengthening operational excellence, and building a culture centered around continuous improvement.
