Mountain View, California — Staffing Industry Analysts (SIA) announced today that Partners Personnel CEO Paul J. Sorensen made its 2024 Staffing 100 North America list.
This list and its Staffing 25 Latin America are now in their 13th and eighth years respectively. The annual lists shine spotlights on influential staffing leaders making the world of work, work better – a major feat given the plethora of uncertainties and disruptions this past year.
Paul J. Sorensen has led Partners Personnel to over $800 million in annual revenue and 84% growth since becoming CEO in January 2021. He directed the organization’s 2023 acquisition and integration of Chartwell Staffing, the 28th-largest industrial staffing firm in the US. This year’s Staffing 100 North America executives piloted their companies through a surprisingly resilient economy with the US staffing market reaching an estimated $201.7 billion. As a comparison, in what was considered an outstanding 2019, the United States staffing industry generated $153.1 billion in revenue.
