Santa Barbara, CA – March 2, 2026 – Partners Personnel today announced the official launch of its newly rebuilt PartnerUp mobile app, a centralized, mobile-first platform developed internally to enhance the associate experience and strengthen workforce connectivity nationwide.

After gathering feedback from colleagues across branches and associates in the field, Partners Personnel made the strategic decision to reimagine the platform entirely. Rather than modifying the existing system, the company built a new solution from the ground up and, more importantly, developed it internally.

The new PartnerUp app allows associates to seamlessly browse and apply for open job opportunities, access both current and previous assignment details, view pay history and download pay stubs, and utilize one-tap map directions to worksites, placing essential employment tools directly at their fingertips.
